Matters of time Collaging Workshop
Wednesday 19th August, 7pm
The Student Forum hosts a collaging workshop inspired by Nour Jaouda’s layered tapestries in the current exhibition Matters of time.
Inspired by the artist’s process of décollage, where fabric is cut out and reassembled, attendees will create their own ‘landscapes of memory’ in the form of paper collages.
Using naturally dyed paper and stencils of local plant life, the workshop will explore how botanical forms can hold memory. Participants are welcome to contribute images of plants that resonate with them.
The workshop is free to attend, and all are welcome to join.
