TY Festival 2022
Are you in Transition Year? Are you into art and art-making?

About the TY Festival
The Douglas Hyde, in collaboration with students from our TY Work Experience Project, is delighted to present our first TY Festival.
TY Festival is a day-long programme for transition year students and home-educated students from across the country (aged 15 to 18) to learn, play and explore their creativity through art-making workshops.
About the Workshops
We will be offering three different art-making workshops throughout the day (online and in-person). All the workshops were designed by students from our TY Work Experience Project and will give the participants the opportunity to engage in creative thinking through drawing, clay and painting.
The online Drawing Workshop is exclusively for students from outside Dublin, while the Clay and Painting in-person Workshops will be better suited for students that could easily travel to Dublin City centre on the day.
