Jumana Manna returns to Dublin to give a talk on her first solo show in Ireland. Taking the ambient soundtrack of the film Wild Relatives (2018) as starting point and structural container, the talk will unfold in a series of ‘verses’ as the artist reflects on the making of both the film and the ceramic sculptures she created while on residence in Dublin at the Irish Museum of Modern Art (IMMA), supported by the Ceramics and Glass department at the National College of Art and Design (NCAD).
