Drawing from History: Artist Workshop
**This workshop is now fully booked**
Inspired by Anna Boghigiuan’s The Chess Game, which depicts significant figures from Austrian history, this workshop invites participants to reimagine the artwork from an Irish perspective.
Designed for children between the ages of 8 and 14, the group will work together to brainstorm, select, and draw portraits of important people from Irish history using oil pastels on card. Led by artist Sinéad Kennedy, the workshop will make inventive use of colour, both in the materials used and the exhibition installation, to open up discussion in surprising ways.
